Episode 22: Not guest starring The Rock

Welcome back to yet another episode of Morning Brew, this week not being joined by special guest The Rock. Unfortunately due to some technical difficulties that episode is lost forever, but the guys do a great job and touching on some of the key points from the appearance. Welcome back to another episode of Morning Brew, and we’ve got HUGE NEWS. Morning Brew has now become a Netflix Original! Well, not officially…hell, not even really in name, but the term is so vague then it has to count for something right? The guys also discuss the compulsive nature of the internet, and how it may lead certain people to essentially be radicalised with far right viewpoints by delving too far down rabbit holes to the point they can’t separate fact from fiction. Man, now there’s your Netflix original! They also get into rainy days, and the best way to spend a rainy day, before discussing some of the worst weather they’ve ever been involved in. There’s twists, turns, even a high speed chase scene. Strap in!

Episode 14: Pulp Fiction

Another week, another brew! This week the boys discuss movies for far too long. Seriously. It’s most of the episode dude. Dan wants to know what tropes are either so old they’re no longer in movies, only parodies, while Adam wants to know why we keep getting movies based on the final episode of TV shows but add nothing to the experience. Could Game of Thrones be next? Adam sure seems to think so, and predicts we’ll see a GAME OF THRONES MOVIE announced within the next couple years. Stephen moves away from movies thank goodness, by talking about…warhammer. Goddamit. When did this become a warhammer podcast, dude? Do we just accept our fate at this point?

Episode 13: I can’t do that, I’m nude

Another week, another brew! This time the boys discuss the gorgeous weather in Dublin that topped 22 degrees celsius (72 for all the Fahrenheit lovers!). They go into the litter problem around Dublin, as a result of current restrictions only allowing socialising to happen outside. They also discuss the very inappropriate tweets of Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan. Dan tells a tale of when a seagull stole his sandwich, while Stephen tells the gang about the time a dirty pigeon tried to steal his. They discuss the best type of porridge, and how they cook and eat theirs along with some bad dishes they’ve cooked in the past before learning how to cook. They also go into when Adam was poor, how he got by, and what he would do differently. It’s a fun show, so pull up a chair pour yourself a cup and enjoy the show.
